I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the service we received from Lydia this morning. We were expecting both our intruder alarm and CCTV cameras to be checked in the annual visit as part of our regular subscription.

Lydia was respectful, courteous and very professional and when I mentioned the CCTV cameras, she contacted the office, confirmed that we were covered and undertook the check even though she had been told the visit was only to cover the intruder alarm. 

Clearly this was very helpful in removing the need for a separate visit and reflected a conscientious and customer focussed approach which is highly appreciated. Elaine and I felt that Lydia is a credit to your organisation, and we are grateful for her approach and help

We wanted a new intruder alarm on our store premises and decided to support an independent local firm. Following our initial telephone conversations Mac suggested a site visit to understand our existing system and to provide further advice. Mark arrived punctually and provided a quotation and installation date that suited our availability.

Hayley organised the installation at a date and time to suit, the install team arrived and commenced work to ensure the install was completed before we opened the doors for business. The work was completed before 10.30am and that included the clean up after themselves and left me with a fantastic product that was delivered exceptionally.

I have used Mac Security Systems for a number of years when my clients require an electrical security solution such as an intruder alarm or CCTV system and I have never had any complaints in their service, price or their products, however I have never had cause to use them directly on my own property until recently. I wanted a new intruder alarm and CCTV system in my house that was user friendly for the family as well as a security deterrent to potential intruders. Mac didn’t disappoint, they started with a survey of my property where they learnt my needs, then they provided a timely affordable quotation and installation date that suited my availability.

The installation wasn’t straight forward, the guys couldn’t find a simple route for the cables to run without ripping up carpets and floorboards and drilling large holes in ceilings which was not something any of us wanted. However, they persevered and installed both systems with little to no damage and worked non-stop all day (well past 19:00) to ensure the job was complete and to a standard we were all happy with, they tidied up after themselves and left me with a fantastic product that was delivered exceptionally.
